The South Carolina Confederate Relic Room and Military Museum Commission
The South Carolina Confederate Relic Room and Military Museum is a state agency. Its governing commission is composed of the following:
- Three members appointed by the governor.
- Two members appointed by the president pro tempore of the S.C. Senate.
- One member appointed by the president pro tempore of the Senate on recommendation of the S.C. division commander of the Sons of Confederate Veterans.
- Two members appointed by the speaker of the S.C. House of Representatives.
- One member appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives on recommendation of the president of the S.C. division of the United Daughters of the Confederacy.

Commission Meetings
The South Carolina Confederate Relic Room and Military Museum Commission meets every other month at the Museum’s Education Room located 301 Gervais Street, Suite B, Columbia, SC 29201.
