Membership Policies

Refunds

Members may cancel within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. After 15 days, a written cancellation request may be submitted for a 20% refund of the original membership amount.

Privacy

Information collected through the membership program is used solely for museum correspondence and will not be sold or traded. Please note that member name, organization, and email information may be visible to other members.

Delivery

Membership cards and benefits are mailed within 14 days of registration. Local members are welcome to pick up materials onsite.
